ADS-Central Rift implements health projects that aim at providing comprehensive assistance, support and empowerment to orphans and vulnerable children and adolescents who are affected or infected by HIV and AIDS. This intervention focuses on improving the wellbeing of the children and support them to be resilient and thrive within their homes and communities, by ensuring they have access to social services (health, nutrition, education, legal protection, psychosocial support and social protection). All the health programs are coordinated through the respective County AIDS and STIs Coordinator (CASCO) and the various Sub-county AIDS and STIs Coordinators (SCASCO). ADS-Central Rift has established a working relationship with the Nakuru CASCO office and the respective SCASCOs. The working relationship involves; capacity building opportunities, sharing of data and information and coordination of relevant interventions.
